Yes — Starter is free until further notice. You'll be asked for a credit card during signup so we can verify you're 18+ and a real user, but you won't be charged. You can cancel anytime, and your free Starter plan keeps working as long as you stay subscribed.
Two reasons. First, our service is for adults only — having a valid credit card helps us confirm that. Second, it filters out throwaway signups. Your card is processed securely by Stripe; AgentExe never stores your card details.
No. Pro and Max start charging immediately at the discounted launch rate (HK$198/mo and HK$298/mo). You can cancel anytime — your service continues to the end of your billing period.
Yes. Upgrades take effect immediately — you get the higher quota straight away and pay a prorated charge for the rest of your billing cycle. Downgrades take effect at the start of your next billing cycle — you keep the higher tier until then. Just message your assistant and follow the link to the billing portal.
A token is a unit of AI processing. On average, 1,000 tokens ≈ 750 words. A typical back-and-forth conversation uses 2,000-5,000 tokens. Starter's 5M monthly tokens is plenty for everyday use; Pro's 50M is generous for power users.
Your assistant will tell you when you're getting close. If you hit the cap, you can either wait until your next billing cycle (your allowance refreshes monthly) or upgrade to a higher tier. We don't sell top-up packs — we'd rather you upgrade if you genuinely need more, or stay on the right plan for your usage.
Your data stays in Hong Kong and is never sold. AgentExe does not train AI models on your data, and the AI providers we use are subject to standard business terms that prohibit them from doing so either. See our Privacy Policy for the full position.
Major credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, Amex) via Stripe, plus Apple Pay and Google Pay where supported. Payment is secure and encrypted.
Cancellations stop future billing immediately, but we don't refund partial months — your access continues to the end of your current billing period. If something has gone wrong with your service, email cs@agentexe.ai and we'll work it out.
